My baby girl turns one today! WHAT? HOW? Being a mom has been the best, hardest, most fulfilling adventure and I feel incredibly blessed.  We had the most amazing birthday party for Hazel over the weekend and I promise to do a full blog post on that next week! For now I’m going to share  few of our favorite things about little miss Hazel.  Watching her personality develop over her first year has been so fun!

A few of my favorite things about Hazel

1. Her laugh! You guys! I joke all the time that I just want to put her sweet little giggle into a jar so I can open it anytime I want. It’s THAT. GOOD.

2. Her sense of adventure and curiosity.  Girlfriend is a mover and shaker and loves climbing all over the furniture.

3. Her sweet little voice. Besides her laugh, I could listen to Hazel chit chat to herself all day.

4. Her love for music.  Hazel loves to sing and dance! More often than not, Danny will come home from work in the middle of one of our dance parties.

5. She loves the camera.  I wonder who she gets that from? 😉

6. How her face lights up when Danny comes home. My heart melts EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.

Now off to spend the day smothering golden girl with hugs and kisses and celebrate her life! What an incredible gift God has given us!
