Hostess gifts are some of my favorite! Maybe that’s because I’m always down for a good party! Ha! My go to (and maybe yours too) hostess gift is a bottle of wine.  This bottle of Bread & Butter is actually my exact go to bottle.  It’s reasonably priced, looks clean & chic (I mean we ALL judge a wine by it’s bottle, don’t we?!), AND it actually tastes SO good!  You can look here to look up where the closest retailer is to you or you can actually buy it online and they will ship it to you!  With a bottle of wine you could bring along an accessory like this automatic bottle opener, cute little wine bag, decanter, or even a new pair of wine glasses! Along that note, why not bring over a new cheese board or cheese knives! We have both of these cheese boards and very similar knives and they get used regularly in our house, but also sit out as decor on our bar cart all year long. Win win!  Bonus points if you grab some cheese from Trader Joe’s on your way in too! My favorites are: Unexpected Cheddar, Wild Blueberry Vanilla Chevre, and the Aged Havarti!  Along that note, if you’re bringing a baked dish or a pie consider bringing it a new dish for your hostess to keep afterwards OR bring the empty dish all wrapped up in a bow with your favorite pie recipe inside!

Home decor or accents is another fun route to go! Just make sure to keep it neutral and simple, especially if you don’t know her taste in home decor! My go to is always always always is candle. It smells so dreamy and fresh and everyone always loves it! You also can’t go wrong with one of these cozy pom blankets, I’m always thrilled when I receive one of these, they make great accent blankets for your couch or family room furniture and they’re always nice to have on hand when you have company over! My other go-to hostess gift is flowers of course! My go-to flowers are usually a handful of greenery like eucalyptus because it’s neutral and smells so fresh! Have the florist or grocery store wrap it up in brown paper and throw some ribbon on it, OR grab a festive vase to gift as well. If you’re really on top of your game, you can order these gorgeous bouquets from Farmgirl Flowers! They’re ares so many different options to choose from and you can have it sent right to her house the morning of the party or event! Other fun and out of the box ideas include a fun coffee table book like this one, a festive wreath, or a ornament.  Actually, ornaments are a great topper to any of these gifts!

I hope this hostess gift guide gave you a little inspiration on how to spoil your next hostess with the mostest or just your party loving friend! AKA me 😉

XOXO,

Sarah Ashley
